I appreciated the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby was inviting, perfect for meetings, and the front desk staff was exceptionally courteous. The gym facilities were top-notch and well-maintained. The location in the Central West End allowed easy access to local dining and entertainment options, which made my business trip enjoyable.

Parking and breakfast came with extra fees that were unexpected.

Neenee Pointer greeted me with warmth and provided excellent recommendations. My family loved the El Borro Loco for dinner, just like she suggested. However, I faced issues with breakfast charges. I booked a package that included breakfast but ended up being billed. Every staff member assured me it would be fixed, but it didn’t happen. Parking also posed a challenge. the valet area wasn’t well marked, and nobody was around to direct me. Walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep at times. I heard sounds from the next room that disturbed my rest. Despite these inconveniences, I appreciated the hotel's amenities like the dry cleaning service and the proximity to local attractions and restaurants.

The centrally located hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and dining options, making it ideal for attending events. However, the bed was a bit low to the ground, which may not suit everyone’s preferences. Using valet parking added a level of convenience we appreciated during our stay.

The King Room was cozy and clean with modern decor that felt fresh. The bed was super comfortable, though it was a bit low to the ground—which didn’t bother me but might for some. The room was on the smaller side, but it had nice amenities and a great vibe overall. Had a smooth check-in and the valet parking was super convenient for heading in and out.

I had a great experience with my room being clean and comfy. The shower was fantastic, but I wish there were clearer instructions for it. Overall, I'd definitely stay again!
